In the fashion of our Professional-series, it is now possible to hygienically prepare all raw food materials in your everyday kitchen. The Private-Collection is delivered with 3 interchangeable pads in the colors green (for fruits and vegetables) , red (for meat) and black (for your representation). Beyond this you may choose from 3 additional pads (yellow for poultry, blue for fish and seafood , white for dairy products).
