On our supports matching the same size of your Profboard base board of the Private Collection you cut all raw products according to HACCP. The pads can be used on both sides and are dishwasher safe up to 90 degrees. Please place or lay the rests straight in the dishwasher. If they stand or lie bent in the dishwasher during the washing process, the material will suffer! On each side of the overlays you can cut about 8-10 weeks - in normal home use even up to 3 months. Then the overlay should be replaced also for hygienic reasons. Please do not put hot pots or pans on the overlays!
