Each one is compliant to the HACCP standard. Green (for fruits and vegetables), red (for meat) , blue (for fish and seafood) , yellow (for poultry) , white (for dairy products) and black (for your presentation). In case of daily use ,these pads have to be replaced after 4-5 months.(8-10 weeks per side).
